The beauty of a terrarium is that it pretty much takes care of itself. The moss is resting on a thin layer of potting soil and a layer of gravel/charcoal under that. I lightly misted the moss before putting the lid on and that moisture, plus the moisture in the plants and soil is enough for the terrarium to create its own weather system. Condensation forms inside the container and cycles back into the moss/dirt.
