- Catalogue Description: Armchair of white oak (Quercus species), each side of which is a single board, out of which has been cut legs and a teardrop shape (that defines arm). Spanning sides and apparently pegged in (or wood-capped screws) are single board rectangular seat and rectangular back with arcing lower edge. Pegs (or caps) line outer boards where sides meet seat and back.
