Cast gold with black enamel and plaited hair under glass, with inscription “IN MEMORY OF” ; engraved on the reverse “George Ashby Obit 23rd Nov. 1838, aet 51 years”

Top right: Brooch about 1860, Irish, Carved bog oak mounted in gilt metal

Bottom left: Locket, 1871 British, Set with diamond monogram”JE” and “EE”; inscribed around the frames of the hair compartments “+ Jarvis Empson, born June 28th. 1793, died March 28th. 1871″ and “+ Elizth. Empson, born 17th. April 1784, died July 24th. 1867″.

Bottom right: Necklace, about 1875, carved jet, Probably made in Whitby, North Yorkshire, or its surrounding area.
