Center of the road at the base of the Rainbow (Port Arthur-Orange) Bridge, Port Arthur Texas.

This bridge was designed to be high enough to accommodate the tallest ship in the Navy at the time (177 feet), though that particular ship never actually visited Port Arthur. This perspective makes the lanes look like an oversize ski jump ramp.
